Patch 1.2 Safe Timer, Ranked Rewards and Buffs

Hey guys!
Here are the patch notes:
- The Safe Timer is now a separate timer that does not consume your normal timer by any means, it also no longer runs out when below 15 seconds
- The Ranked Queue Match-Making time has been lowered by half
- Buffs are now instant - visually they might still look like they're delayed, but you can stack actions as fast as you want now: http://gph.is/2nIXqkH
- Fixed an issue with the Catacombs spawn, bottom row has been switched up
- You can no longer "Add Friend" on an empty string text
- Fixed an issue where the Wiki Link would not open on Linux
- Fixed a few German grammar bugs and other text bugs
- Rankings have been changed to new values:
- Student: 900+ Elo
- Scholar: 900 - 1100 Elo
- Senior: 1100 - 1300 Elo
- Sovereign: 1300 - 1500 Elo
- Scarlet: 1500+ Elo

There are currently 5 Ranks: Student Rank: 1000 elo or less, Scholar Rank: 1000 - 1400 elo, Senior Rank: 1400 - 1800 elo, Sovereign Rank: 1800 - 2200 elo, Scarlet Rank: 2200 elo or more.
