ROMBIE v1.19: Important fixes
This update, now on the default branch, includes the v1.18 fix.
- Jobs that can't find targets (likely in small areas) will now properly report a failure message instead of causing unstable behavior
- Gun names are now properly saved (old saves will still have "gun" as the name)
- Reduced volume of player damage sounds
- Tweaked movement code to hopefully reduce stutter in high frame rate scenarios
