A small patch to fix the worst bugs

Most Royal Greetings! We decided that we needed to tackle some of the game-crashing bugs ASAP so we did a quick patch that (hopefully) fixes some of the worst crashes. -altruist events should no longer crash the game; the game was caught in a "loop" and thought that the events were ongoing even though they had already ended. -Day 18 should no longer crash the game (though if it does, please tell us!) -Added a missing part of the altruist (aka "good guy") ending. Nobody probably even noticed anything was wrong, but it's much more meaningful now! -Suspicion meter should no longer drop below 0 causing a graphic bug where the top of the meter falls below the meter's bounds. We added a fix that should ensure that even if you load a save that was started on a different version, the game should still run just fine. Hopefully the fix doesn't cause new bugs. Let us know if you encounter crashes related to "current_save_version" or "config.version". Thanks <3 See our previous announcement for tips on reporting bugs!
