Update #44 - Welcome!

Hi!
Today's update features the Welcome messages, that farm owners can configure so visitors get a tip on how they can help when joining a farm. We're also doing a number of changes adjusting past week's level cap change, along with bugfixes and new content. New items:

  • Crop: Aloe Vera
  • Crop: Asparagus
  • Crop: Crookneck Pumpkin
  • Tree: Rice
  • New Bath decoration line for houses.
  • Wall decorations: Hexes and black hexes.
  • Hat: Gangster hat (3 variations)
New features:
  • Welcome Messages: The farm owner can now configure welcome messages that visitors will see when entering. This can be done from the Farm Settings screen.
Gameplay changes:
  • Readjusted level caps: Level caps for players and items is reverted back to 100. For farms, it's changed to 200, but leveling up from 100 onwards will be progressively harder. Experience will be readjusted, so you will be moved back to the proper level in the new system.
  • Farmhands: Increased upkeep price (2 tickets every hour instead of every 2 hours), and reduced maximum time they can be paid in advance (4 hours instead of 8).
Improvements:
  • Quest related items are now shown in yellow in the farm map.
Bugfixes:
  • Should have fixed a 1x1 resolution problem in Linux.

Grow crops, plant trees, take care of the animals, and much more! Spend your hard-earned money in new buildings and items for your farm! Earn experience and unlock even more items and buildings!

Hop onto your tractor and speed up the tasks, but watch out or you'll run out of gas!

Chill out


Stay for as long as you want! In Farm Together time advances even if you're not online, so you can be sure you'll have something to do when you come back later.

Manage your farm all by yourself, allow entrance only to your friends, or open it to the public and start cultivating together! A simple permission system allows you to limit what strangers can do, so they can help with it without risks of vandalizing.

Customize your farm and your looks


You'll have plenty of customization items at your disposal: Fences, roads, buildings, decorations... Show your gardening and decoration skills to your neighbours!

And don't forget about your clothes! Customize your avatar and your tractor to your liking, and go visit your friends' farms!
