Overview

Dear Players, The update most of you have been waiting for is now live! Introducing the team deathmatch game-mode! You and 5 others can now simultaneously work together to dominate the playing field against 6 other opponents at a chance of becoming the reigning King! On top of that, this specific game-mode has a unique map along with hazards (beware the spike-pit!) and an underground section to keep things interesting! Will you charge in, sticks flailing, or will you rather stealthy sneak up behind the enemy to ambush them? The choice is yours, but there can only be one victorious team!

There has been a huge improvement to networking and collision detection.

Combat :: Weaponry

Blowpipe

Damage increased from 105 to 120. (+15 damage)

Combat :: Abilities

Satchel Charge

Cooldown for detonation increased from 0.5 seconds to 1 second. (+0.5 seconds)

Player Customisation

Player Skins

Added a Princess themed player skin.
Added a Rock (mountain climber) themed player skin.
Added a Bob (sponge) themed player skin.

User Interface

General

Various changes have been made to improve the menus and player names and healthbar indicators.

Leaderboard

A new column for top scores in the team deathmatch mode has been added.

BattleStick is, and will always be, a Free-to-Play game.

In-Game Purchases : To support development, there will be items made available for purchase within the game, but they will never be offered to gain an advantage over others. For example, you are able to purchase skins and weapons with the in-game currency "Coins" for use immediately, however you can also unlock each and every weapon/skin from leveling up. So it is up to you, the player, if you wish to grind it out, or support the developers and get to use a specific weapon/wear a specific skin without waiting.

S or Down arrow key: Regenerate HP.
Left Mouse Button: Use Weapon.
Right Mouse Button: Drop a Satchel Charge/Explode a dropped Satchel Charge.
