1.7u3 Update / September Build Challenge

This months update contains the following changes:

  • fixed being able to build flat rides, shops and utility buildings sunk halfway into the ground
  • fixed a case where the track builder could misbehave after building a special segment
  • fixed broken Orbiter animation
