Fixes

• Fixed all medals type achievements not unlocking correctly. *
• Mixeroid handling improved.
• Mixeroid is restricted to gameplay bounds and will no longer self-destruct.
• Mixer Survival scoring system changed to make criterion more obvious.

Version 3.1.2 Fixes:

• Fixes some issues with Wireless Controllers
• Added button to clear Mixer authorization and regenerate Mixer code
