A little update for everyone today. Some people were having issues connecting to one another with certain routers so we have done some modification to the netcode and have cleaned up some assets in anticipation of the next big patch. So many negative people in the Forums, upset that we can't push out updates like Million Dollar companies.. A big thank you to all our devoted Fans who know a small dev team means longer wait times. To everyone who is enjoying our software.. there is more to come steamhappy

We have added yet another pack of Minis for free.. Werewolf themed. And some more nature based placeables for your map building needs. We have also tweeked the 3D dice rolling to be more Roll Like! Mini Types: Werewolves, Vampires, Humans, Military,Medics.

We bring you more custom built 3D hero minis in Hero Pack 3. We have also included a new Square terrain map by Steam User "ranedragon", with her permission of course.. which earns her a place on the credits page in game. The map is called "Town of Ramsmith" and is available in the Default Campaigns' map folder. Be warned it is an intricate map and takes some time to load.

We are designing some custom 3D hero minis for the next update.
Here is a sneak peak at the (Female Human Ranger) and the (Male Human Warrior). Designed, Modeled, rigged and ready to go. Weapons and extras will be added at the time we build the in-game minis and because they are fully rigged we can apply any pose or aniumation to them at any time.

Now that we have 3D monsters we needed some 3D heroes! A closed cave system and some more mini objects.. as well as some lighting tests.

- "no light" from the time if day system option added by request. Slide the time slider all the way to the right.

- 2.5d Minis only rotate around the Y axis and no longer bend up or down to look at your position

For Space Battles and mood lighting the Day/Night system wasn't exactly perfect, so we have added a custom light that GMs can control! You can use it with the Day/Night Lighting or as your complete lighting system. Brightness and Color can really give your Map a new feel (Watch the Video). Oh, and we added 16 more 3D Mega Minis for your playing pleasure!

Our love for Battle Maps must be clear by now. However the place holder Square based terrain has been in game far too long. With this patch we bring you a completely new look for Square based Terrain! All old maps will auto update, making this another beautiful update to Revolution Virtual Playspace!

This patch was just supposed to be a quick hotpach that removed the "Light" toggle in the Playspace as it used the old lighting system..but it turned into more! You can now set the duration of the day night cycle to be from 5 minutes to an hour. You can disable all background items in the playspace.. and we threw in 8 Mega Mini Skeletons for good measure.. BAM!

In this update we give you fill control over time of day, the flow of time and water that obeys the laws of depth and light! The DM can set the hour of the day & night or you can let the day & night cycle run over a 5 minute span over and over. This time system controls the lighting and atmosphere making for some beautiful Playspaces!
