Update Steam 2 - Update 0.16.0 Beta


Hello space folks! This is the... last ! Beta update for Psycho Starship Rampage. The final 1.0 version is coming on Monday! Yes, you read that right. The game is out very, very soon now. But do not worry. We will not abandon Psycho Starship Rampage after its release. You can expect new, free updates after release. We cannot promise you when nor how much, but we are definitely committed to accompanying the game’s life. So this new version is 0.16.0 Beta. What’s new?

  • The campaign mode is available! Discover the story of a poor, maddened AI lost in space and hell-bent on destroying everything. Can you reach Earth before you are obliterated?
  • Achievements have been revamped in depth. You can now unlock the base equipments more quickly, but some high-end loot affixes are going to take some skill.
  • New endgame weapons! Subspace Cannon and Black Hole Cannon
  • New level: Red
  • New wave patterns
  • New loot affixes!
  • New visual effects: particles, assets, animations!
  • New background music tracks
  • New sounds: A.I. voices, starship editor
  • Balancing
  • Fixed multiple bugs

Psycho Starship Rampage : Space Shooter + Rogue = Pimp your starship

You play the psychotic A.I. of a warship lost in space which tries to come back to Earth. Build your spaceship from scratch. Load it with weapons. And use your creation to destroy waves of innocent aliens throughout numerous levels. Loot their carcasses, extend your ship and jump to the next sector for more action!

Background

You play RSR-648b, a psychotic warship A.I., who wakes up somewhere in space after a very long hibernation. It needs to rebuild itself and will recycle anything it finds in order to return back to central command. In its madness, every unidentified moving object becomes a potential threat that must be crushed. Can you shoot and loot your way through alien territory and back to Earth ?
