Contrary to the first impression, the Barbarian is not at all a tank. It's a mobile melee fighter capable of dealing damage both to groups of heroes and individual targets. He enjoys aggresssive fights, quick approaching of a target and quick withdrawal from action if he failed to kill his enemy straightaway. The Barbarian's goal is to deal as much damage as possible to many targets and destroy major enemies. Experienced Barbarians start their battles with Execution followed by a few basic attacks and then by the Dance of Death. The latter deals damage to the nearby enemies and allows the Barbarian to survive under enemy attacks longer. Experienced players keep the Hunter's Net to catch an enemy or immobilize opponents when he is retreating. Barbarians use a different sequence of skills against individual enemies. Their Hunter's Net is vital for catching a target. Usually an immobilized hero does not survive when a whole team attacks it. When chasing the Golden Frog, Barbarian becomes one of the most useful characters in a team. His Hunter's Net blocks the Frog next to a tower or in any other place and the Execution does not allow it to leap. Barbarian is in the first line in a fight against the Dragon. His Execution enables him to immediately destroy the Dargon's life points, and his Dance of Death helps him to survive the Dragon's blows.
