Hello everyone, Here's what you can expect to see in the new INK 1.1 Patch:
Additions
- Added leaderboards.
- Added an option to restart the same level after reaching the door (useful for retrying levels for times).
- Added a coin counter in level select to keep track of how many coins you are missing.
- Can now go into Windowed Mode by pressing Alt+Enter and can resize the window.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a Level Select Crash Bug.
- Fixed a bug where the player would die after falling too fast on an enemy.
- Cursor now stops moving after selecting a level in level select.
Additional Info on Leaderboards
- To activate leaderboards, press T (Keyboard) or Y (Controller) to toggle timers ON/OFF.
- If starting on Level 1, the Overall Timer will be displayed.
- If starting on Levels 1, 26, 51, the World timer will also show up.
- If starting on any other level, only the timer for that level will show up.
- Leaving to level select screen at any time will stop all timers.
Info on Patch for all platforms
Currently, we are having issues with our build machine. I have made this patch available for Windows platforms, but a new patch will be available soon for all platforms with all these additions plus more. We are sorry for the inconvenience. I hope you all enjoy the new patch and the leaderboards!

[img=http://i.imgur.com/Ey5VBQL.jpg] Hello everyone! Now that both the Mac and Linux versions are out alongside the Windows one, we have taken the time to fix most of the bugs found in the game. We will continue by adding some of the features listed in the "Planned Features" pinned post next, as well as fix any other bugs that people find. Here's a full list of changes in this version:
INK 1.0.1 Changelog
Features
- It is now possible to take screenshots using Steam Overlay (F12 by Default)
- The credits screen can now be skipped by pausing and pressing exit. It will take you back to the Splash Screen.
- In the Level Select Screen, players can skip 10 levels at a time by using their Left/Right Bumpers (controller) and PageUp/PageDown (keyboard).
- In the Level Select Screen, players can now skip to the first level and last unlocked level by using your Left/Right Triggers (controller) and the Home/End keys (keyboard).
Bug Fixes
- Pressing DOWN no longer prevents the player from double jumping.
- Level 74 no longer incorrectly displays that a coin was collected.
- Double jumping on top of an enemy no longer kills the player. Instead, it will act as a double jump from the position of the kill.
- The issue where players were falling too fast into an enemy and dying has been fixed.
- There is now an extra frame of reaction time when jumping off a platform, to avoid accidentally double jumping.
- Issue where the screen would start flickering random colors and textures after Alt-Tabbing out of the game has been solved.
Linux Fixes
- Files no longer have DOS line endings.
- Steam should no longer show the "Missing Executable" warning when launching the game.

[img=http://i.imgur.com/2Tk1rU7.png] Hello again! First of all, we would like to thank you all for the amazing response INK has had this first week. We are very happy and we are working hard to support the game by fixing bugs, adding requested features and porting it to other consoles and platforms. The release of the Mac (OSX) version is our first step to achieve our goal to allow everyone to play INK. Also, we already have a working Linux build that is currently being tested and should be released early next week. Again, thank you for your support! If you have any questions or suggestions, please join our forums in the Community Page and let us know. We read every post and we engage with our community all the time. Cheers!

[img=http://i.imgur.com/mqfES3X.jpg] After a few months of work and many long nights working, we have finally released INK! For the four main team members (Zack Bell, Alejandro Hitti, Vincent Rubinetti and Fellipe Martins) this is our first professional project that we release, so we are all very excited! The initial release will work on Windows only. We have already started working on our Linux and Mac port and should be in the store shortly. [img=http://i.imgur.com/AdAGua6.png] We have also launched our Soundtrack and Art as a DLC, so if you enjoy Vincent's tunes and like Fellipe's beautiful art, make sure to get this DLC as well! Thank you all for your support! We will be bringing you more news soon. Cheers!

🎮 Full Controller Support
- INK - Linux [16.88 M]
- INK - Soundtrack + Art
INK has a similar feel to hardcore platformers like Super Meat Boy. The object of each level is to defeat all of the enemies in the room (if any) and reach the goal. However, the terrain is invisible to the player. The player can discover terrain by physically bumping into it, or by performing a double jump. The double jump sprays paint bullets out of the player and increases the player’s awareness of their surroundings. If the player happens to bump into spikes or falls to their death, paint will also shoot out from the player’s last position. The room isn’t wiped clean after death so that the player has an easier time navigating after multiple attempts! This expanded Steam version includes new mechanics, Boss encounters to provide a nice challenge and a change of pace.
Deluxe Edition
The Deluxe Edition includes a copy of INK plus the Soundtrack + Art DLC all in one place!Key Features
- 75 platforming levels to test your skills
- Defeat challenging Bosses!
- Jump on enemies to open the exit portal
- Explore levels by painting them with your double jump or, well, dying. Death has never been so useful!
- Experience the game’s tight and responsive controls that don’t make you feel cheated when you die
