Hi everyone! Steam just added a new feature called "Remote Play Together" that will allow you to play local games, but online with friends! You can now try to play the campaign together and still hate each other because of the doomed life shared between the two players, or fight yourselves in the Versus mode, at a safe distance! You only need 2 things: the game (one person is enough) and a good Internet connection.
How to play with Remote Play Together?
Right click on a friend in your Steam friend list, and pick the "Invite to Remote Play Together" option, it's that easy. You'll be connected through the cloud to the same game, like if you were playing locally together. However, the Remote Play Together feature is still in beta, and requires to be on the beta channel of Steam updates.
How to enable Steam beta?
Go to your Steam settings. In the Account tab, click on "Change" and opt-in for Beta participation. Steam will then restart and you should be good to go! It is also the occasion to see the new Library if you haven't seen it yet.
Following the content update, Citrouille: Sweet Witches gets a 50% discount for the week end. Don't miss it!
Following popular demand, we made the two antagonists, Anis and Reglisse, playable in the solo mode. But we didn't limited ourselves to that. We wanted a challenge worthy of their deadly powers. So we hardened the game, populated the levels with new enemies and made a new boss just for them. And as you would expect, a new challenge comes with new achievements as well. Are you wondering why they hate candy and flowers so much? Play the new campaign to find out.
The name of the game on Steam was changed to "Citrouille: Sweet Witches" to better match the Nintendo Switch version.
The update also contains plenty of minor bug fixes and small improvements everywhere. Hope you will enjoy it :)
To the Nintendo Switch! Sweet Witches has been released today, with a sweet 50% launch promotion.
But why do the evil witches hate flowers so much? Are they really so evil? Or, perhaps, there's more to it? The whole truth shall be revealed soon in an upcoming content update ;)
Sweet Witches will be released on the Nintendo Switch on the 27th of July. Pre-order now!
Citrouille will soon be released on the Nintendo Switch under the name Sweet Witches!
To port a PC game to such an exotic platform, it takes specialists. Poland based company Drageus Games did a splendid job at it.
The original title, however, was too hard to pronounce for non French speaking players. It was decided to change it to Sweet Witches for the Switch version.
Stay tuned, for more sweet news are coming very soon.
Nothing's better than fresh fruits during a heatwave. Pumpkins are 33% off on Steam from today and until July 9.
Flowers are so clich. Surprise your Valentine by offering treats! Prepare for the big day, Citrouille is 20% on Steam right now and until February 11.
We've just released an update to address the various minors issues you reported on Citrouille. We're also working on a content update (free), but that one will not come until later.
Here is a detailed list of what we added:
Difficulty modes
You can now choose between 3 difficulty modes:
- The Practice mode let you customize the challenge to your liking. You can set the number of lives you start with, slow the enemies down and disable friendly fire.
- The Adventure mode is the normal mode and the one that is recommended to new players.
- The Arcade mode is intended for speedrunners and those who want to beat the game without cheat or continue.
Audio
We added some more sounds and polished the existing ones. All enemies attacks now have an audio feedback.
Languages
We added translations for the two most requested languages: Brazilian Portuguese and Traditional Chinese.
Gameplay
We made the boss a little bit more merciful, especially in Coop mode.
Menu
We added a Retry button to the Pause menu. In Adventure and Practice difficulty, it makes you restart from the first level of the current world with your life counter full. In Arcade mode it makes you restart from the beginning.
Citrouille can now be bought on Steam again! We still don't know what caused the problem. But whatever it was, it has been fixed. Phew!
We just noticed that Citrouille can no longer be bought on Steam. The "Add to Cart" button no longer appears on the store page. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenient. We do not know why this is happening. We've already contacted Steam and our publisher and we are doing everything we can to solve this issue as soon as possible.
Yes! It's finally there! And there is a -20% discount for the first week.
Have fun :)
Citrouille will be released on the 29th of October. There's going to be a 20% discount during the first week. Do you deserve candy?

Citrouille is an arcade platformer featuring adorable little witches on a quest for candy. Despite the childish appearance, the gameplay is merciless. There is no jump, you have to rely on your magic ladders, spells and power ups to get through. Brave the danger, face your nemesis, cover the world with flowers and claim the treats you deserve!
Story Mode:
Play as Praline or Vanille, the two main characters, through 50+ levels within 5+ unique worlds. If going through the quest on your own feels too hard, you can cooperate with a friend on a shared screen. But beware, for both players share the same life counter. Also, your spells and weapons make no difference between friends and foes.Versus Mode:
Two to four players can face each others on a shared screen. Anis and Reglisse, the two antagonists, are joining the fray to claim their share. There are two different modes with 5 unique arenas for each:
- Death match: the last one standing wins
- Time limit: the player with the most flowers on screen when the time is over wins

- Cover the ground with flowers to win and charge your power
