A small bugfix for your fish-wanting enjoyment:
- Modified RWF-Remix map so that Tankbot can't get stuck in the double-bomb room.
A couple of fixes to the Steam Deck experience:
- Accept inputs from all controllers, not just the first one, fixing issues with external controllers on Steam Deck
- Fix some scaling problems with fullscreen mode on Steam Deck
Balance tweaks and bug fixes for all to enjoy:
- Total game percent now calculates correctly (99.28% was the max possible, it is now 100%)
- Remix high scores now actually show your correct remix scores
- For each coin an enemy drops, there is now a 50% chance for another coin to drop (so 50% more coins total)
- Easy maps now give 60% coins on the award screen (up from 50%)
- Remix maps now give 300% coins on the award screen (up from 200% because they're a monstrous leap up in effort and time from normal maps!)
- Robot Warps Quickly balance overhaul
- You now start with no Speed upgrades instead of 1, but your base speed is as high as having 2 upgrades
- Boss now has significantly more health and gains more per wave
- Stars now move faster, you know, QUICKLY
- Missiles fly faster
- Blue guy bullets are slower, but gain more speed per wave. They are also fired less often (but more often per wave!)
- Seeker enemies now get slightly faster every wave
- Weapons now can be upgraded 5 times instead of 3, for maximum annihilation.
- Laser visual glitch fixed
- RWY - Remix map modified so you (hopefully) cannot get stuck in the bottom middle after the very long spike pit, by getting there without an intended powerup
- RWY - Remix map modified to prevent another potential softlock at the very top, in the room full of a million doors and switches
- Added support for 1360x768 resolution (previously only 1366x768 was allowed - weirdly, both resolutions are real ones!)
- A certain sekrit tunnel now properly colors red in Infrared mode
- RWJ - now shows the traditional start instructions instead of nothing

or just gaze upon it on itch.io (they don't have wishlisting)
Costume Party is back! With a new name, and a bunch of cool new features. Save and share levels both offline and online, enjoy new abilities for many of the characters, and deal with over a dozen new tiles and monsters that interact in a bunch of wacky new ways.
Kid Hallow includes the original Costume Party as well as the Winter Pack, Dumb Pack, and Fantasy Pack DLC.
Some more bug fixes for your joy and amusement:
- the Computron message is changed in one of the special game modes to make more sense
- Air Bombs in RWIC no longer can count in stats when they hit you (it only happened rarely)
- existing air bomb deaths have been removed from the stats page
- RWY-Easy and Remix had swapped values for the Pacifist award. Now much more possible to achieve on remix!
- RWJ-Classic: You can no longer melt in lava by just bumping your head underneath a certain spot in the middle of the map
- RWIC no longer says getting hit costs 5 seconds in the pause menu, because it always only cost 3 seconds
- RWJ Rocket Punch can no longer break grates that are above you, only in front of you as intended
- RWIC Cyberkrobbs and Evilbots can no longer respawn (via Respawn mutator) in mysterious floating spots
- RWJ background no longer can make sudden jumps when scrolling
- Fonts now display properly even on huge resolutions
No big fun features, but we fixed some bugs! Enjoy this Robot update: * Win bonus can no longer be negative! Yay moneys! * The one weird stomper in RWY-Remix should no longer act weird * Activating the steam overlay now pauses the game normally rather than just freezing everything * Crates can no longer spawn on top of other crates * In Respawn mutator, enemies can no longer respawn inside Tronk's secret base in RWJ-Easy * Accelerator mutator now correctly states that it lasts 5 seconds * Added a credit for the SoLoud audio engine which we use * The deep pit on the far left of RWI-Remix can no longer trap you if you don't have the needed powerups * Fixed water rendering in RWY so it won't be missing a tile sometimes * Fixed crash at the end of the loading screen caused by monitors that don't support 60hz
Not the most exciting news, since you can't get the game yet, but it's finally listed on Steam as Coming Soon, so come to the page soon and wishlist it because you know you Want It All!
While you're waiting for us to actually finish this game, here's a little teaser of the brand new Robot adventure that it includes:

The Game includes VR Support
Robot Wants pioneered the "mini-metroidvania" concept - an adventure you play through over an hour or less, collecting the powerups you need to go from zero to Kitty along the way. And all with a clock ticking - speedruns are the goal!
Each of the included games includes 2 alternate maps (an "Easy" map, which sometimes is not so easy, but we guarantee it is short! And a "Remix" map, which is never easy, or quick), and there are also 12 Mutators which allow you to transform the way the game plays in a variety of helpful and horrible ways.
- Online high scores to compete with your friends - each unique combination of mutators has a separate high score table, so try to be the best at your specialty.
- The ultimate Metroidvania action - you can't even JUMP without first finding a power-up in some of these games.
- A massive shop full of features and game modes to unlock as you play (with space money, not real money. No IAP or DLC here)
- Extreme alien blasting in Robot Wants Kitty
- Intense kitty-hurling action in Robot Wants Puppy
- Psychotic mad bombing in Robot Wants Fishy
- A unique combination of Metroidvania and RPG in Robot Wants Ice Cream
- Serious puzzle-solving action in Robot Wants Y?!
- Alien-smashing, air-dashing combos in Robot Wants Justice
