Project MechaNika. Plan for the destruction of all things that aren't awesome.
I, Nika Allen, 7 years old, am sick to death of this world. My parents don't care about me. My brother never takes any notice of me. At school I never get taught anything useful. There are loads of things that shouldn't exist. It's for these reasons that I've decided to destroy everything that isn't cool. With MechaNika I will destroy and eliminate the things and the people that I don't like. I'll start at home. Then school. This city. The entire world. I'll get rid of everything that's boring and pointless, and this world will be better for it.

THE GAME
In MechaNika, the first Psychotic adventure, you will meet Nika, an intelligent girl that doesn’t fit the world in which she lives. Perhaps it’s the chocolate shake with a shot of cognac which she carries in her backpack which makes her different. Or maybe it’s the fact that at 7 years old her favourite things are the transfer of energy, magnetic fields and electrical engineering! But being the odd one out doesn’t matter to Nika. Not anymore. She has a plan to solve everything. A really… odd plan. You read the MechaNika manifesto, right?
THE PSYCHOTIC ADVENTURES
As you help Nika in her mission to build a rusty weapon of mass destruction to destroy her world you will meet many unique characters. We want you to discover the freak stories of some of these characters and we will let you know about them through the Psychotic Adventures, a series of genre-spanning games that starts with MechaNika.

Hi folks!
Last week we announced this new project as the next Psychotic Adventure. Your support was amazing! And even though we tried to answer everyone, we were super focused on Angie\'s first public appearance at [u]BCN Game Fest [/u].

We had so much fun talking to everyone who passed by our booth to play the premiere demo, get some merch or just say hi.
Working in secret for more than a year was kinda hard, this is why we wanted to make this first appearance so special. For the occasion we prepared a lot of cool stuff. Lets take a look!
THE WAND OF THE ETERNAL SMILE
We had this very clear vision that we absolutely needed a real life sized wand in our booth, so we decided to craft it. Jordi modeled a 3D version ready to print and with some coats of primer and paint made by Mariona, we got this amazing prop for all upcoming events.
Check out how it was magically appearing. Its mesmerising.

We just crafted one single wand but, in case you also want to run around with your very own Wand of the Eternal Smile, we got you. This keychain version can be with you everyday, ready to unleash all your power to face any challenge that requires a little bit of magical girl energy.

RETRO TV
Another cool thing we had was a TV with an early gameplay video of the game running during the event. A retro pink CRT TV with DVD player, how cool is that?

There was even more awesome content, but we don\'t want to overwhelm you with too many cool things at once. We are so grateful to every fan and new player who tested Angie Magica and shared their impressions with us. We can\'t express how happy you made us with your kind words about the art, characters, puzzles, cooking, combat and any other aspect of the demo.
