Hello! This is Francisco Gonzlez, developer of Lamplight City. I've got a special message from Lamplight Citys composer Mark Benis: Today, September 13th 2023, marks the 5 year anniversary since we released Lamplight City. Whoa! Months ago when I found out this milestone was coming up, it had me reflecting on really how lucky I was to have collaborated with Francisco on this game. I was a young(er) composer just finding my way, and Lamplight City inspired me to write music that I feel brought out the best in me. The confidence I had to explore different sounds and focus in on a mid-19th-century-inspired orchestral score I really attribute to the game's vastly imaginative world and how much Francisco trusted me to do it justice. For that I'll always be grateful, and I know I'll always look back at our collaboration on this game quite fondly. So to celebrate this milestone, I dug through my old files and included in a new soundtrack update we've put together 9 pieces arranged for piano and 4 of those with a full score. I chose the piano arrangements based on playability + what I thought would be fun to play, and the pieces with full scores are those where the orchestration/integration in the game might be fun to peek at should you be interested. Special thank you to the team at Materia Collective -- Sydney, Jamie and Sebastian -- for supporting this project and for their hard work in making this collection a reality. I hope you enjoy revisiting the dark alleyways of Lamplight City with all this new sheet music in hand. And if you give the piano arrangements a go I'd love to hear, please feel free to share! - Mark ------------------- As Mark said, theres a Soundtrack update that includes a bunch of new sheet music! Current (and future) owners of the soundtrack can click on Browse Local Files after downloading to easily find them. Thanks everyone for celebrating this big milestone with us! Your support over the years has meant so much, we hope youll continue enjoying the game for many more years to come. As a reminder, a developer commentary was added in 2019. so if you haven't listened, it's a great excuse to revisit the game!

Lamplight City - Official Game Soundtrack
For police detective turned private investigator Miles Fordham, Lamplight City's shadowy corners are just part of the territory. But with his former partner constantly speaking to him from beyond the grave, his grip on sanity is slowly loosening. Can Miles find justice for his clients and track down his partner's killer before his entire world comes apart?
Lamplight City is a detective adventure set in an alternate steampunk-ish "Victorian" past.
