Early Access Patch #7: Kuroko's story!

Early Access version 2019-04-28 B changelog:

Kuroko's story is now playable - featuring many alternate events and some new ones.
You can't buy more fizzles in a shop if you already own 5 or more - per type.
New improved pause screen - press Start / Escape.
3 new achievements.
Many other minor improvements and fixes.

This Early Access campaign is close to completion - I'll probably still work on it 1 more month (around 6 months in total) - so please give this build a try, and if you have any suggestions / bugs / typos etc. please write about it on the discussions. Thank you for your help!
