Red text for patient's names was removed throughout the game. That was a left-over from earlier releases of the game.
Events calendar has been overhauled. If you start a new game you'll notice that some events play regardless of activation by some choices and earlier than before. While this won't affect previous games, if you load a game you might experience some events to repeat themselves. Sorry for any discomfort this might cause.
Added some endings to the game
Changed Claudia's ending calculations and dialogues to reflect the "Asylum" story choices.
Chapter's titles have been added throughout the game. There are 45 different chapters in the full game, some of which will only play if you follow a certain path.
Relationship levels with your potential romance interest now only show in Stats Screen if you actually met them in game
Fixed an issue that caused to spend double energy when going to work at the clinic
Fixed an issue which caused "Merry Christmas" invitation lines to play every day after Christmas
Fixed a crash during Rita and Jos chapter
Fixed an issue where a picture file of Christina was missing from the game
Fixed a rare crash during Conrad's exam's final conversation with the doctor's romance interest

Morgan's blood exams won't pop up even if you chose not to perform them
An unskippable tutorial has been added to tell players about the icon to press to end an examination
Removed "Work in progress" signs throughout the game
Aria Tate will now only come to the clinic if you hired Claudia
References about Jack's phone number have been removed from the game
You will no longer train with Kiko after fighting Mr. Xuan on the dojo
Rita's photoshoot will only play if she's living with the doctor, as intended
Vanessa and Aaron's "bonding place" intro won't play an endless loop anymore
Fixed an issue which caused Katia's 2nd exam to behave unexpectedly after dismissal
Some HEENT exams were unremarkable even if they weren't supposed to. This has been fixed.
Fixes an issue which prevented the electronic store to become available in Vanessa's path. This also caused the disappearance of Vanessa from the game at some point. Please note that not being able to phone Aaron or Vanessa is working as intended: their romance progresses differently than other people and they will appear when required and stated by the game.
If the doctor discovers Gloria's yeast infection it will now be possible to avoid having sex with her

GAMEPLAY:

New Achievements have been added: - Vengeful ("You chose to punish Bob") - Forgetful ("You chose to forgive Bob") - An excellent clinic ("You completed the game with very high fame")
Integrity gain from going to the church has been increased to 10 (from 1)
Father's Torque requests have been removed from the game
A new interface for choosing an activity and a room in the clinic has been added. The new map-like interface substitutes the old image-based one.

EXAMINATIONS:

Some examinations have been modified to include content for the Main Story of the game. The exact patients involved are not listed to avoid any spoiler. We recommend you to play the game from the beginning to notice this changes.
Lacey's exam interface is now consistent with the rest of the game.
Fixed an issue which showed incorrect numbers in Chantal's exam's review screen
Random adult patients will now speak for themselves when Mr. Xuan sent them.
Fixed the position of undressing options for some male patients.
Faith exam will now only be available if you hired Dr. Borelli (as intended)

Live the everyday life of a General Practitioner: go to the clinic every day and meet new patients, develop your skills through study and manage your clinic and your staff. With dozens of items to buy and an always short budget will you be able to treat your patients in the best way?

Deep and engaging narration
General Practitioner features a very long and deep storyline which will take you in a world of mistery and deception. Explore the game's main story while enjoying the other activities available in town. The whole game contains more than 40 hours of gameplay and it's growing update after update!

You decide your own fate
Choices in dialogues and situations really matter! With more than 100 choices to make both in the Main Story and in medical exams you'll experience the consequences of your actions (and in-actions as well). You decide your own fate, do you have what it takes to be a General Practitioner?

Meet new people
The built-in romance system allows you to hang out with dozens of characters of both genders, jog with them at the local park, play a bowling game, relax at the local spa. If you are smart enough you can even make them fall in love with you and ask them to live together, unlocking special conversations and events with them.

You won't know if the date will go well or not, because that depends on fate (and your choices and comfort level of the other one). The more you build up your date's confidence the more chance of success you will have.
Each character you date has a pool different characteristics (i.e. people they like/dislike, favourite foods, informations about their family or job etc.). You'll randomly get to know a different characteristic each time a date will go well and, since they're random, they will be different each time you play General Practitioner or load a save game.

Each patient is different
With a pool of more than 90 scripted patients also comes a random examination system!
Simply put: each time you play the exams will be different. From a pool of 60 diseases and five different patient's archetipes (Children, Teenagers, Young Adults, Adults and Elders) you won't get the very same situation twice!

Medical accuracy
Developed with the help of a real MD, the game features medical informations that are accurate and up-to-date. Please do not take medical informations other than for having fun in the game. If you experience some medical concern ask your doctor as soon as possible.

Original Soundtrack
Ann Sharova (Zup6!, Just Ski, Ezmir: The Last War and many others) composed a soundtrack with 12 different scores to accompany you in your trip as Chief Practitioner of St. Mary's Clinic.
