Version 1.5 of Maid Cafe went live today, featuring a variety of new in-game content for players to enjoy if they so wish to... Whilst the update includes a variety of minor error fixes and the final solution to our artefact box issue mentioned in the last update it also includes some key changes and new options within the game that will allow you to stay truer to your chosen Waifu of Maid Cafe. Specifically the option to reject women when they come onto you... This update includes the following new choices:

• Added the option to decline Gemma if she comes onto you on the first morning.
• Included a new option to decline Lucy when she approaches you during your interview.
• Included a new option to decline Emma when she approaches you during your interview.
• Included a new option to decline Abigail when she approaches you during your interview.
• Added a last chance refusal of Josie, if she comes onto you in the apartment.
• Added an option to reject Shelby's Advance if you end up closing up with her on the first Tuesday.

In addition some decisions have been altered as follows:

• Changed the first choice when you meet Natalia, to make it clearer what will happen after.
• Changed the choice descriptions when talking to Shaun as Michelle to make them clearer.

Many of these decisions and changes also lead to new alternative events within the game, also by request we have added some additional choices to the 'gender bending' segment of the game on the First Wednesday when Michael is transformed into Michelle. Now you can more soundly reject Shaun should he get to amorous for your liking... Which in turn will alter how the days events unfold. Finally, this update also sees the options to reject Angela and Spiders special events when interacting them as part of the Sexy Secrets DLC bonus content, if you want to stay true to your chosen Waifu!

Today we have posted another quality of life update to the game, this fixes more grammatical issues, mostly to do with very minor mistakes with punctuation and some spaces in strange places, such as the start of sentences and double spaces before question marks and similar things which might briefly annoy but not really disrupt gameplay. We have also resolved the Crossed box issue that has been occurring in dialogue since we upgraded the games base engine edition to ensure steam deck would work. This more odd grammatical issue should also now be resolved in this update. Finally some more minor adjustments to dialogue and script occurred at various points to avoid confusion and make dialogue flow more naturally. Thank you to all the players who have been posting errors on our discord server. Thanks to you it makes it much easier for us to find and resolve these final issues in the game.

Our first announcement is that Maid Cafe is officially SteamDeck compatible, with us resolving the freezing issue that was occurring with the game previously. Steam have re-reviewed the game and confirmed it is now playable on the SteamDeck.

Our tenth update to the game corrects more grammatical errors we have found as well as adding in some extra triggers for late game features (bonus events that occur after multiple playthroughs). Greetings all, I know a lot of people want us to release this version of the Negligee game sooner rather than later, but sadly at the moment we are a little stuck in development. We have been working to fix a variety of bugs and after several months of work believe we have come up with a solution... Which is to adjust the framework to a different one that should resolve our problems, but of course migrating from our scratch built one to a pre-created framework will take some work to do, but all I can say is there is light at the end of the tunnel. At the moment I have set a tentative April 2020 release time frame. Hopefully with the work moving forward again that will be later confirmed with a specific date, but sadly it could change again, but please keep the game on your wishlist and follow it to be kept up to date. Ultimately we want to ensure the game is as bug free as possible on release, even if that means it takes longer to develop. So for now please be patient as work is continuing.

I am happy to announce that Love in the Limelight (the remake of banned game 'My Girlfriend') has now been accepted by Steam for release on this platform. As such we have now set an official release date for the game as July 19th 2019.
