Thanks to everybody who joined up on the beta branch to help us fix up some bugs. Please see our changelist below.

Bug-fix "Removed ninja arm tattoos in level 1-2_end and level 1-2_mid_B cutscenes for consistency"
Bug-fix "Fix for 'Reset to Defaults' in the settings screen reverting to Borderless at 30%. Now it reverts to 100%"
Bug-fix "Now saving games asynchronously so there should be fewer framerate hitches during gameplay"
Bug-fix "Mouse cursor is now hidden when a gamepad is used"
Bugfix: "Changed the mouse cursor to the previous custom mouse cursor"
Addition: Borderless Fullscreen scaling factor now also shows the render target size.
Bug-fix: "Removed sword from Path of Silence and Path of Wisdom images."
Bug-fix: "Fix for retina screens not displaying the correct borderless fullscreen render target size"
Addition: "Now able to toggle 'Preload Levels' option in settings screen, intended for people who are experiencing slow level streaming. It will use 600Mb more memory and increase the initial loading time, but any slow streaming issues during gameplay should be resolved."
Fixed an issue with interference from motion sensors when using PS4 controllers under Linux.
Fixed several rendering issues with AMD cards under Linux.
