This game will be removed from sale shortly due to the striking off of Curveball Games Ltd. As I have taken a job at another games company full-time I have decided it is not worthwhile keeping Curveball Games Ltd. running. I have decided to strike the company of meaning I will no longer able to legally take sales. Because of this, Island Invasion will no longer be available on Steam. Thank you to all of those who purchased Island Invasion - it helped massively in getting a full-time job in the games industry. I hope one day to return to making my own games, likely under a new company. - Chris, Curveball Games

Hey Invaders! Island Invasion has just got better! I've been working on two new features that shake up the gameplay, as well as a significant change to an existing favourite. The biggest change is the introduction of continuous mode. In this mode, a continuous stream of enemies will spawn in place of waves. It's fast and frantic, and has three new leaderboards to challenge on, as well as three new achievements to unlock. It's well worth giving a go! The second major change is the introduction of special abilities. These can be activated, for an ever-increasing cost, to provide support when you need it most. Call in a barrage of javelin mortars, control an orbital laser across the map, or give all of your towers a significant firepower boost! Finally, the path blocker has received a significant upgrade. Any tower can now be built on a path blocker, meaning you can now defend from the ocean! To reflect their newfound importance, path blockers are now more expensive; a fair trade for their hugely increased usefulness. I hope you enjoy the changes - just a small thanka you for supporting the game so far. Have fun! - Chris, Curveball Games

Strategically build and upgrade a variety of towers to cover both air and sea, using the scattered islands to stage your defence. Mine resources from the map, generating income for further expansion, and redirect the enemy by blocking the path to their goal!
Fancy a bit of competition? Global leaderboards let you see who's dominating the ocean, then copy the map they played on to challenge them yourself!
