Added the team name and color to the presentation screen on word prompts.
Fixed multiple issues which could cause scores to be incorrectly calculated in presentation mode.

[h3]How to Use the Beta[/h3]

Open the Properties window for Trends in Steam.

Click the Betas tab.

Choose the 1.0.1 version.

You can revert to any previous version or the currently live version in the same way.
