Changes:

You can now create your story's outline during the "outlining" writing stage. You can buy outline options by spending XP in the Character Dialog. Not all outline options are good matches for your genre/topic, so you'll have to ask for feedback to determine the right combinations.
You can now write multi-genre fiction once you reach genre expertise 4. Multi-genre works have +20% audience demand.
Minor UI changes.
