Hey all, First of all I want to say a big thank you for the overwhelming support so far! I've loved reading every one of your reviews, keep 'em coming. We've updated the game to v1.0.2 which resolves two minor issues spotted by our players. These have been the only issues reported since release and your save games will not be affected by this update. Patch Notes:
- Fixed rare bug where the mountain goat would not follow Tondbert between room transitions.
- Fixed issue with accessing the Deadwoods too early.
- Optimisation/performance tweaks.

It's here! Guard Duty is now available on Windows, Mac and Linux!. Thank you all for your support over the years, we honestly couldn't have done it without you. Guard Duty was a true passion project, an idea initially conceived way back in 2006. The game started life as a hobby project, something developed in any spare evening after work, since then I've changed job three times, been to three weddings and four of my friends now have children! We've learnt so much throughout development and have truly grown as the game developed, after 4.5 years it's finally here. I can't wait to hear what you think of the game, thank you all for your support and words of encouragement. Enjoy your time in Wrinklewood, don't forget to stop by the Drunken Monk.

Guard Duty - Preview Roundup Hey all. We're hard at work getting those pesky last bits of development tidied up. I think we're *almost* ready to announce our official release date soon! For now I thought I'd share with you a selection of some of the great feedback we've had since sending out our preview build to press: Guard Duty is a point and click game stuck in the 90s in the best way possible I thought today we would take a closer look at what could be one of the best point-and-click adventures of this generation There are a lot of adventure games out there which say theyve redefined the genre or are inspired by the classics, but its been a long time since Ive come across one which does both as well as Guard Duty seems it will. Promoting an indie game is tough and we really do need all the support we can get in this last stretch leading up to release, any help you can give would be really appreciated! If you're excited to see Guard Duty finally released, why not share our Steam page with some of your friends :) For the latest updates and fun adventure game related content, you can follow me on Twitter.

Hey folks, I hope you all are having a wonderful new year! Thank you all for your continued support. Today marks the first step in the road to release and we couldn't be more excited. As you may have guessed from the title, I am very happy to say Guard Duty will be launching on Mac and Linux alongside the Windows version of the game. Not only that but Guard Duty will feature cross-platform cloud saves between Windows, Mac and Linux versions. We're on track for a Spring 2019 release window. Whilst we are still working out the final steps towards getting this game launched, we'll be announcing an official release date soon, watch this space! I'd also like to take this opportunity to draw your attention to the flashy new trailer we've been working on. 'Bloodlines' should give you a little insight into the fantasy elements of the game and hopefully a better understanding of what makes this game tick. Check it out on Guard Duty's store page now. We're looking forward to hearing what you all think! Thanks again and here's to an amazing 2019 filled with adventure! Sick Chicken Studios
