But I want to reassure you that I never abandoned World of Islands. For the past few years, Ive been writing the novel that serves as the foundation for the games world, lore, and characters. Now that the novel is complete, I can finally return to game development and bring this story to life in its interactive form. To celebrate this milestone and as a token of appreciation, I will be releasing the World of Islands novel as a free DLC, but only during Early Access. This will give players an even deeper dive into the world and history of the islands.
