Added migration of old save data to the new achievements system. If you already had some save data in the game you'll be rewarded with the new achievents that correspond with that data :)

• Added Asus Aura Support
• The player sprite now blinks at the beginning of the stage to make it easier to find on the level
• It is now easier to get 3 stars on every level
• Some achievements were very hard to get. In this update we have changed them to make them more achievable
• Levels are unlocked as soon as you enter them instead of at the end of the world. Now the game saves every level and it is accessible from the "Select Stage" menu.
• Fixed some other minor bugs

Asus Coloring

We partnered with Asus to bring their Aura lighting technology to the game. Supported devices will get:

• Light key mappings colored in keyboards.
• Color animations when game over, hurry up and end of stage animations.

Quality of Life Changes

We have implemented several quality of life changes like the character blinking at the beginning of the stage to make it easier to know where you start from or the saving and loading after every stage. Thank you all who provided feedback and please continue to do so! We are happy to listen to it and change what we can to make the best game possible.

New Achievements!

Some of you told us how difficult it is to get all the achievements in the game. When we added the achievements to the game we wanted to provide a challenge to players but of course we didn't want things to be impossible. We have changed them to make it way more achievable so you can complete all of them :) Thank you to dwaggienite for reaching out and helping making a more realistic achievement list.

Pushy and Pully in Blockland, a 2-player co-operative retro game created by Resistance Studio and recently featured in Steam Games Festival, will be releasing on Steam on May 5th. The game, inspired by classics like Pengo, Dont Pull, Snow Bros, and Bomberman, will see retro gaming fans embark on a journey through a mysterious planet. Travel through 50 hand crafted levels, complete challenging puzzles, fight pixel-created creatures, and recover your spaceship to escape Blockland. Enjoy the classic Match-3 mechanic by joining three or more blocks of the same color to unlock power-ups, and defeat more than one monster at the same time to get extra combo points.
Pushy and Pully in Blockland lets you play solo or with a friend, for an old school couch gaming experience, or online by using Remote Play Together on Steam. You can even invite a friend to join your local game session without them having the game! Challenge your Steam friends and discover who gets the perfect score in the retro flavoured Hi-Score table. Play and save your scores in the ranking as you did in the 80s and 90s during the glorious arcade days. Pushy and Pully in Blockland will be released on PC on May 5th. Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 release dates will be announced soon.

Pushy and Pully in Blockland was beign showcased at Devcom event in Cologne, Germany on 18-19 August. It was nominated for the Indie Expo Award where the attendants had to select the best game of the event. And Pushy and Pully won! Thank you everybody who voted and enjoyed our game. It makes us at Resistance Studio very happy to see that the game is enjoyed so much.

Join the private beta from August 2nd till August 4th! You will be able to try the complete first world of the game including 10 handcrafted levels with different enemies and a boss fight at the end. During those days you can play as much as you want to try and get the best score possible. Make it to the top of the global leaderboard and you will get an exclusive beta-player T-shirt, shipping anywhere in the world. After the beta ends there will be a survey and all your feedback will be taken in account. The developer wants to make the game as fun and good as possible! The game is still in development and therefore there could be bugs or glitches. If you encounter any of that you can also report it during or after the beta period.
