Hi everyone, This is a note that this game will be removed from Steam on November 30th - prior to that we will have a discount from 10/31 to 11/14 at 90% for those who still wish to pickup the title. The situation surrounding this game was very unfortunate. Several years ago we were approached by an indonesian developer who pitched us a project with a very different artstyle and story. We helped fund the project, but over time the game began shifting - storylines were changed, artwork was changed, and multiple different contractors came and went, with the team being slightly opaque about these changes to us. We told them we would help with development to get it over the finish line, but work that was given to us - including the script - were very subpar, and it was unclear where investment into the title from our end had gone, especially given what was delivered to us. We attempted to request changes, but were stonewalled, and unfortunately had to release the game as is, doing our best in a short period of time to fix what was possible. It was a miracle *anything* had been finished, but obviously the product that came out was not only what hadn't been pitched to us, but also was not reminiscent at all of prior demos/teasers released, some of which had been a bar higher in terms of quality. We do not know what the situation with the development team is - we do not want to blame them for anything, as we do not know if it was family or personal matters that caused them to drop communications. We have still been trying to communicate with them on a monthly basis since the game's release, trying to relay sales data to them, trying to request fixes or changes, etc. but unfortunately they have not been receptive, and we had not had any communication from them by now in basically 2 years. We gave them a warning earlier this year we would terminate carrying this project and if they wanted it transferred to them, but they did not respond to this inquiry - in this time period since these inquiries, their website/emails have been discontinued, and social media has also gone inactive, so unfortunately we have to make the assumption they are inactive and all further inquiries from us are meaningless. Given this situation, we are cutting our distribution contract with them and thus are relinquishing distribution rights, and will be terminating publishing. We asked Valve to terminate the app-ids on November 30th.We apologize for the inconvenience and also for the lack and attention the game received which it should have. Please note we do not have plans to terminate any other titles within our catalog at this time - we originally did not even have plans to terminate this but the continued lack of communication from the developer has left us no choice, especially given further reflection on the title. Please note all owners will retain the title on their end, we will not be pulling the ability for pre-existing owners to access it or those who buy it during the sale.
