Hello Everyone,

Our deepest apologies for the silence. It has been a very long and delayed process with the console retail publisher, including now a co-publisher. We had difficulty getting all the translations set up to work correctly on our end, so the publisher has made that process a lot easier to fix and manage... but it's still a rather long process. The team in the meantime has been working on the next yuri GL visual novel game, which you'll be hearing about really soon.

We will now officially have Simplified Chinese (), Traditional Chinese (), and Japanese (). Both console publishers are now in charge of all the translations and handling the localization companies. Mizuchi's current update is that it is STILL in the translation process and requires the LQA stage next. The team also has to double-check the work in the language switch nuances. Mizuchi translations will be released when the publishers have approved it to do so.

When the files are finally ready for Steam release, we will also offer a digital artbook DLC. It will be smaller than the Kickstarter and physical version, but a lot more affordable. And that's the last bit of update for Mizuchi for now. We hope you try out our next game's demo, it's quite the opposite of Mizuchi but hopefully a lot of fun too! We'll be moving from historical Asia to medieval England this time.

Localization News

So.... nothing has changed in getting Chinese (simplified and traditional) out, but there have definitely been a few hiccups / glitches in getting it to work properly on the build. It's the next focus now that merchandise is just about to finish up, so thank you for your patience. We are also in discussion with a publisher, who is also offering a few other languages to localize, as well as translation company LQA check. So we'll see how things pan out. Otherwise, for time constraints, we may just go with our current translator for the Chinese PC Steam release first and update later if there are big text changes. We are absolutely sorry for the delay on this, but hope to provide you a quality translated game when ready.

Next update we have planned is the Chinese version of the game (Simplified and Traditional). Translations are complete, but we need to fulfill merchandise requirements first as those are long overdue. Thank you for your patience!
