Updates Notes for February 11

Added partial mouse support (just for the main menu). Which also helps people with disabilities who use special software to bind mouse to keyboard keys. This is because mouse is no longer bound to the center of the screen. Also made little changes here and there, like making the scale animation of the "Selection Marker" more easy to the eye. (Using a curve for non linear movement).
