Hey Ash Asylum players!
Back with a massive quality of life update. Ash Asylum is All most out of ALPHA and will be entering BATA here soon. This update has a more complete play though with one of the true ending for the game. Thank you to everyone who has created lets-plays and submitted bugs.
-Save System, you can now completely save the game with all items saving as well. The save item is now interactive and you must inspect the tape recorder and then press E to Save.
-More bug fixes throughout all the chapters to many to list.
-More story and diary's added in all chapters.
-More content in each chapter with added puzzles and game play improvements.
-Added more quests to help aid in player progression.
- We have balanced item pickups thought most of the levels so your not stuck with 15 pain killers and full health all the time.
-Menu system changed and is looking better still needs some TLC.
-Fixed Trophy's popping up all at once "More trophy's will be coming out in a future update"
A side note Enemy A.I is planed and is being worked on, as of right now the A.I is dumb as a box of rocks and we felt that we couldn't add it in at this time.

Hello everyone, First of all, I have to mention that, here in the community are some incredibly kind people who gave us some great, and well needed feedback. They even sent me their logs, and that's helped me a lot. Thank you! Also, the game now has a 16:10 monitor support, and I also fixed many small technical and graphical bugs. Most of the improvements has went in to the save systems and the physics engine, but we have redone the lighting in some key areas as well, to make the game more understandable and playable. The save system is still hidden in game. Chapter two is now playable but is bear bone and still needs lots of love. We are creating Ash Asylum with player feedback and as such we feel bringing the game to Steam this early in its life span is our way of letting people get involved and see the game be shaped by player input. -Environment has been reorganized and new objects have been added. -New inspectable objects have been added. You will be able to take some of them. They will provide health, energy, or battery, depending on the item. -Drawers have better loot mechanic now. If you do not find any medicine two times in a row, third Drawer will have one for sure Maybe....... Thank you guys, The Tainted Games Team
