Changes:
Changing monsters drop RNG order increasing some materials drop %
Souls drop rate increased x10,
High level feathers drop rate increased 2x.
Adding spot fish levels into Spot name.
Currently spot identifies lowest level that's required to catch fish.
Highest fish level available from the spot, will be added also.
