The 0.125 update is here and it introduces a new mod type: Spinup! The Spinup mod spins up faster the longer you fire, and the faster it spins the more it buffs the next mod. So Spinup + Explosion will make a gun that shoots bigger and bigger bombs the longer you hold the trigger. Spinup + Damage will increase damage the longer you hold the trigger, etc. I'm interested to see the guns you guys come up with using this mod. I played around with it a bit and made some cool weapons but I'm sure I only scratched the surface of what's possible. The Spinup mod is available in the free demo so anyone who wants to give it a whirl can do so right now! Complete list of changes included in 0.125: Added a new mod effect: Spinup. Invent guns
You can stack mods on your gun to change the bullets it shoots.
Stacking is deep. Combine any mods you want for unique effects.
You can even stack dozens of mods at once to create an unbelievably awesome superweapon!
Build a massive ammo factory
You build ammo factories by shooting them into existence block by block.
Placement is crucial. Each block is a machine that processes loot, and good layouts work more efficiently.
- Gun improvisation: Instantly invent guns in the middle of combat.
- Over 30 types of gun mods: Make lightning lassos, rapid fire nukes, guns that shoot guns, and more. One alpha tester now flies everywhere after inventing a gun that lets him soar through the air.
- Base building: Shoot walls onto your base with the Stack Gun and build giant factories that process your loot.
- Build a collection of randomly generated superpowers: Summon robots, call nukes from the sun, teleport enemies into the ocean and more.
- Play alone or with friends: Best with 1-4 players. Solo, co-op, and PVP.
- Lots of game modes: Defense against hordes of enemies, target challenges, obstacle courses, pvp deathmatch, racing, and more.
- Walljumps and wallslides: Build up momentum and slam into enemies for massive damage.
- No max power level: Find more and more powerful mods forever. Achieve god-like status as the rules of the game start to bend and break under your immense power.
- No max difficulty: There are always tougher missions with better rewards. We can't predict how far players will get.
