okay we finally fixed the localization

Our newest hotfix just now should fix the localization font bugs. Either start from a fresh save or change the languages back and forth if you're experiencing any issues. Also, Steam Achievements not being unlocked should be fixed with this patch too. Sorry! - SKY HOUR WORKS
