UPDATE: Gameplay changes, bug fixesToday's update includes the following:
- Changed bond-breaking priority so that rotating your solution will less frequently change its behavior. This will probably break any solutions you have that relied on ambiguous bonding or unbonding resolving in a particular way.
- Changed the trash and output instructions so that they happen after the movement and hydrogen manipulation instructions. This fixes some simulation oddities ("disappearing" hydrogen) and hopefully adds a little more optimization depth. This will also probably break some solutions.
- Reset histograms and leaderboards because of the above gameplay changes.
- Added tutorial text to the second puzzle better explaining that you can move and rotate precursors and emitters.
- Added hotkey support to the solution list (arrows, enter, Ctrl+N, Ctrl-C, F2 / Ctrl-R, delete).
- Added support for right-clicking to cancel playback and exit some screens.
- Removed the solution rotation button, as it sometimes breaks solutions. You can access the old behavior by pressing the F10 key. This is a deliberate attempt to hide the feature.
- Fixed a bug where dropping a new instruction in an invalid location would instead drop it in the top-left corner of the program grid.
- Fixed a bug where you could not clone single instructions when picking them up.
- Fixed a crash when clicking on instructions while dragging parts.
- Fixed a bug where emitter beams would flicker between outputs leaving and inputs spawning, which looked particularly bad in exported GIFs.
- Fixed a bug where some characters wouldn't show up correctly in solution names.

These walls don’t do a damn thing to keep the cold out.
I should go outside and walk.
Instead, I light another cigarette and keep working.- MAKE DRUGS - Program your molecular synthesizer (MOLEK-SYNTEZ) to convert ordinary industrial chemicals like benzene, acetone, and hydrochloric acid into a variety of small molecules with various pharmacological effects.
- SHOW OFF - Optimize your solutions and share them with the world using the built-in score histograms, friend leaderboards, and animated GIF exporter.
- CHEAT AT CARDS - In a move that should surprise no one, MOLEK-SYNTEZ contains an original Zachtronics solitaire game. When you get stuck, cheat and place your cards wherever you want. Just don't do it so much that you get in over your head...
