Version 38 Update 13 - Balancing and AI improvements

(Yes, I know there's been a lot of updates! But things are changing rapidly)

Changes


  • Updated default decks and increased gold per win to 25 to compensate for the slower new player experience
  • Removed summon mana cost for Master Golem and King of Beasts
  • Fountain Elemental and Dark Hunter's rules texts have been cleaned up
  • Grave Aura only affects friendly discard zones instead of all
  • Grove Tyrant is now 6/6 (down from 8/8), and has impact and quickness (instead of only impact)
  • Call of Darkness is back on 3-cost (down from 4-cost)
  • Tainted Beasts effect now triggers only once per turn
  • Several more improvements to AI
  • Changed pack rarity code to be simplified and changed pack rarities to rare: 65%; epic: 25%; legendary: 10%
  • Possibly fixed a bug regarding timezones and quest resets
  • Fixed a bug with cards that have AI essence nudges

    Enter the land of Fairtravel, where you take the role of a hero, and duel using your followers, abilities, and equipment. Battle your friends or play solo, and have fun in multiple ways with the many game modes or make your own!

    Features


    No Microtransactions

    Fairtravel Battle will never have any microtransactions of any kind. Each card and reward can only be obtained by playing the game. No hidden fees.

    Modding

    Create your own cards, add or replace card arts, your own playmats, card backs, and more.

    Lots of Rewards

    Earn gold through winning games, doing quests, or participating in multiplayer competitive game modes which reward you prizes on completion.

    Earn renown during each match, which you can use to unlock rewards such as specific cards and card styles.

    Multiple Game Modes

    • Battle with your collection in the Duel mode
    • Pick one card at a time to make a deck in Draft mode
    • Open temporary packs to make a deck in Sealed mode
    • Deckbuild in Explorer mode
    • Customize your experience by playing custom game mode variations, making custom game modes, and making your own rules

    Play Anywhere

    Each game mode supports online and LAN play, as well as offline battles versus the CPU.
