You wanted more Rain on Your Parade, and here it is! For the entire month of July, weve got weekly updates and in-game events coming your way for FREE! Each update will roll out on Friday morning, starting this week and wrapping up on the 30th.



First of all, every week of July you can unlock a new exclusive decor, hidden somewhere on the Overworld! Its an epic egg hunt in July - the Easter Bunny would be jealous!



Each new decor will only be available for that week (starting each Friday), so put your hunting skills to good use!

Heres a thought for the first one: its almost the 4th of July in the U.S. (Yes thats a hint ;)



Secondly, were adding ridiculous cheat codes to amp up the cloud chaos! Will these cheats break the game? YOU BET! But thats part of the fun. (Buggy would be proud)

First of all, a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who has submitted bugs to us!!! You guys are awesome and helping us make Rain on Your Parade the best game it could be!

We definitely stayed busy fixing and tweaking as much as we could. You might have not noticed, but we've actually been update the Steam build every night! I think this is the first night when we're actually not pushing a new update (hopefully a good sign we fixed everything?)

• Re-designed the penultimate Seattle Defense level to speed it up and make it less tedious to re-play
  
• Fixed an exploit where you could unlock some achievements without actually doing the things you need to do (sorry!)

• Improved face drawing smoothing when brush size is smol
  
• Added nicer background to Cardboard Gear Cloud (since so many of you enjoyed taking photos there!)

• Fixed a bunch of places where you could clip out of the world (particularly the Cloudbuster Canyon)

First of all, thank you for following the game thus far :) We're doing really well on development and hitting all our milestones! We're already looking at the weather calendar for next year to find the rainiest day possible.

While working on the main game, we're doing a lot of polish and tweaks on existing elements, so it makes sense to update the demo as well!

For instance on Beach, instead of just standing awkwardly, some folks will now dance and play around, others lie down and sun bathe. And on the wedding, the bride actually WALKS UP to the altar now! (are we next gen or what??)

• The game is now more responsive on low-end systems with low FPS

We released the demo for the game a week ago and just passed 2,000 downloads

With that, I think it's good time to push an update to our demo build featuring TON of bug fixes and optimizations for a certain console we may have been hinting at ;) The demo should run a bit better and have less spikes now.
