Update: version 2.1A (fixes)

Fixed the problem where Mac shutdown QT on the main menu
Fixed some other Mac problems (like the cursor randomly being massive)
All achievements bug fixed
Some minor performance tweaks

I've also now fixed some of the behind the scenes problems I had which means I can now keep working on the next content update (this week was 100% fixing things).
