Fixes for V1.2

Hello everyone, Since the release a few fixes and modification have been made in Relentless.
Modifications
- Executive board votes are now more diverse
- Housebreaking event has been replace by a Disctrict Tax event
- Robbery event has been replace by an Exceptionnal Wealth Tax event
- Bar chart now have a progressive scale, it is no longuer by default showing a range from 0 to 100% of sector shares.
Fixes
- Lots of typography mistakes have been corrected
- Cyber-attack does not loop endlessly any longer
- text in final screen are now always visible
- Once the game is over you cannot reload it and keep going in a sort of endless run.
