Hello everyone! The summer heat is on, and we at tinyBuild wanted to do something to brighten up your day. Today, No Time To Explain Remastered is going on a weeklong sale at 67% off. Weve been doing lots of interesting things recently, and I wanted to take the opportunity to highlight some of the things were working on. Specifically, on August 13 (thats next week!) we are launching Kill It With Fire - a physics comedy game about exterminating spiders and burning down your house in the process. Its a very lighthearted game the alphas of which have had 90%+ ratings on Steam. The game is on Pre-Order that allows you to save 10%, or you can simply Wishlist it! We greatly appreciate it. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1179210/Kill_It_With_Fire/

About Pandemic Express
If you ever played Zombie Escape mods in Counter-Strike, you know what to expect: a group of players spawns in a confined location. One of them becomes a zombie. Others need to escape as the infected player turns others to the zombie side. Human players frantically loot and try to get to the train where the final showdown happens. Humans win by escaping. Zombies win by infecting everyone. The game has a very high skill cap and is focused on using movement & momentum to your advantage. Here's the latest trailer that showcases high skill gameplay: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ilJ02UTK3k0

Good news everyone! No Time to Explain Legacy is now available as DLC for the Remaster. The Legacy version is the very first version we released, made in Flash. It probably doesn't run well, and you should buy it only if you want to have the novelty of owning the original game. http://store.steampowered.com/app/681570/No_Time_to_Explain_Legacy/

Here's a little bit of history for you all. No Time to Explain was our very first game. It's the one that started tinyBuild -- almost exactly 6 years ago! We went through a Kickstarter before it was popular, got screwed over by a publisher, and eventually made our way onto Steam.
The version that is up here now is the Remastered one, the one we always wanted to make. It took a few years to get there, and I just played it once more -- it still holds up.
Remember, this is what paved a way to games like SpeedRunners, Punch Club, Party Hard, Hello Neighbor, and so many more.
For this I'm eternally grateful, and the game is on sale all week at 67% off.
Enjoy!

Hi all
We just pushed out an update for Windows that adds resolution selection. You can hold SHIFT before launching the game to get a prompt up. Working on properly integrating it into the game options.
Full update log since launch:
v 1.05 - Added resolution selection based on popular demand (for Windows) hold shift before launching the game to get resolution selection prompt - Fixed a bug in the flying level v 1.04 Popped a bottle of champagne - Fixed the cake universe bug when you sometimes can't break blocks v 1.03 - Actually fixed a bug where the mouse cursor would go out of the screen infinitely - Fixed a bug where sometimes during space ship boss you'd get stuck on the spheres v 1.02 Realized the Mac and Linux depots were not included. Ran around the office and panicked. Took some (legal in NL) substances to calm down. Figured out that I forgot to tick the boxes that include those in the packages. Now Mac and Linux are live. v 1.01 Drank too much extra dry martini. Got dry eyes in the morning, pushed the game live to realize that I forgot to tick the proper box to grant all owners of the original the free Remastered build. Crap. v 1.00 Released the game on Steam, Mac and Linux
SpeedRunning event on Monday, July 20
Tonight there's a SpeedRunning event for No Time To Explain happening at 7pm PST. It will be featured on the frontpage of http://twitch.tv -- tune it to see people break the game :)

A lot of you are wondering why the original No Time To Explain is not on Steam anymore. Others are wondering WHY the original sucked so much with technical issues.
Many of you are still angry that we weren't able to deliver on the original promises.
For 4 years I carried this weight on my shoulders, and now I'm ready to talk about it in detail.
I wrote a long blog post about Why The Original No Time To Explain sucked. I sincerely hope it will answer all of your questions, and give perspective on the events of the last 4 years.

Sorry it took this long to get you the game you guys deserved. I hope you like No Time To Explain Remastered.

Wondering what No Time To Explain is like when you add local multiplayer? You probably guessed it right, there's a lot of dying and shouting. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_q_yKwLato We redesigned the boss fights so that you have only 3 lives when you play them. When you play with 4 people locally.... you still have 3 lives. So good luck with that :D What's funny is that multiplayer was a bug. We were working on controller management and accidentally spawned a second player. Then a third. And it just kind of worked. Best features are bugs that are left in! :D

Hi everyone,
If you're wondering why the original No Time To Explain is no longer on Steam -- it's because we are prepping to release No Time To Explain Remastered. Built from ground up in Unity, the re-release is how we originally wanted the game to work.
Full controller support
Local Multiplayer
Reworked and redesigned boss fights
Actual hardware acceleration
Reworked OST
All of this is coming next week, on July 17th, to Steam :)
Best part is that everyone who bought the original No Time To Explain will automatically get No Time To Explain Remastered in their library.

About tinyBuild
We're an indie game development and publishing company. No Time To Explain is our first game. It came out of a successful Kickstarter and Greenlight adventure. Since No Time To Explain, we started helping other developers with their games. After getting enough muscle behind our internal studio, we came back to No Time To Explain, and completely remade the game in a proper engine. No Time To Explain Remastered is free for everyone who owns the original!
