Changes

Fixed issue with Replay icon not working at low aspect ratios
Fixed issue with moving selection set in Sandbox when items have rotation
Fixed bug with phase being lost when doing an undo after a boat/plane type change
Don't allow Move or Erase tool while Hydraulic Controller is active
Keep vehicles/flags aligned with terrain when moving up/down with input field controls
