After a hardworking period, we are happy to announce Creep demo is going to be released at the Steam Demo Festival.
What you are going to find in the demo are the first five levels of the game. The four of them are main gameplay levels and one is a special memory level which you will gain the ability "Jump". From the story side, its more introductory. But the level designs are still quite challenging. The difficulty rises fast enough to skip the boring tutorial parts. I don't want to give spoiler, but the gameplay will vary a lot in the release version. In the demo, you will only experience avoiding the other worms. There will be lots of different gameplay sub-mechanics and special memory levels.
The demo is fully voice-overed as the game will be. It does not represent the final release quality, we still have things to polish. Though, we believe you will still find the content satisfactory.
Controls
Move: A-D or Left-Right arrows
Drop: S or Down arrow to
Jump: Space (comes later on)
Unfortunately, there is no gamepad support in the demo yet. But there will be in the final release.
Please play it and write us your feedback! We will be waiting to hear from you from one of the following platforms: Steam, Discord, or Twitter.
We really hope you like the demo and help us improve Creep's final release version.
Have fun!

We are excited to tell you that we will participate Steam's Demo Fest on June, 16th. You will be able to play the first 4 levels and a mini level for the demo. We've done our best to finish the demo for the festival, we are still polishing it. We really hope you will enjoy it!
Cheers,

Experience the feeling of one's struggle with the overwhelming thoughts and low mood. A series of connected mini games are the main narration of this game. You can expect abstract and symbolic expressions through the story. This is an experimental project with various puzzle and exploration mechanics. We aim to make Creep like short art movies but in a game format.
There is no game over, the game is already over.
There is no winning, you are already lost.
This won’t show you how, only perhaps how not.
No questions asked, maybe some answers given.
There is only the journey, you have to walk.
Let it go or wander, the lesson is permanent.
The pain is immense, but the happiness is volatile.
Hope is mostly there, but the victory is rare.
A few reaches, fewer riches it, only the losers get along with.
