1. Go to the patch page (you must be logged in to see 18+ content) - link
2. Add it to your library, download and install
3. Go to the House of Detention page in your Steam Library, click on Manage My DLC and enable the patch - check the box next to it and click OK
4. Launch the game, if in the upper right corner you see the choice of the type of monsters - then everything went well![/h3]
