The Goodbye Patch

Hello everybody! I've decided to release one last patch to fix the most important graphical bugs and crashes that you have been reporting. Thanks to all of you who have been able to help me testing <3

v.1.4 Final Patch Build Notes


  • Fixed some problems in animations.
  • Particles in the dice minigame were not shown in some levels.
  • Doors could be blocked due to a bug in the warehouse level.
  • The sword would disappear visually if you used it against bosses.
  • Some characters in the text font were not displayed correctly.
  • If you died many times in the same combat against a boss the game would crash.
  • The sword could get stuck in some solids.
(This patch will come later on PS5, Switch and Xbox)

Some last words


. I'd like to share with you a couple of thoughts that came to my mind while working on the patch these days. UnderDungeon has been a complicated game to make, commercially I have lost money and having to stop making my projects professionally was a hard blow for me. But thinking about it today, I feel proud of having been able to make this adventure. I may have done better or worse, but all the things that are in there are an important part of me. Right now I'm still learning to enjoy creating in my spare time and not to put pressure on myself. What I take away from this project is all that I have been able to share with those of you who have played it. New free DLC! -Bikey's Jukebox: The great bard Bikey has come from forgotten lands. Relive the great moments of the adventure with the tracks of the original soundtrack. Bikey's Jukebox DLC General: -Corrected expressions and jokes in English and Japanese. -Some names did not correspond to the character who spoke. (Max after breaking a glass and delivery boy Thomas) -The Narrator's life bar didn't appear if you didn't play in Spanish. -When you are in a dark room the UI was hidden. -Disabled Vector filter for death sprites. (Due to lack of resolution it looked bad) -Revision of the hitbox system of the enemies. (Before you could install a boss using weapon combinations). -Now no FXs play in the background if you die during a fight against Trupper or the secret island jellyfish. -Fixes for deactivation of enemies. -Now when you buy a map or get a rune plus indicators appear on how to use them. -Adjusted some sounds. Tutorial: -If you go directly to the warehouse you couldn't finish the game due to lack of key items. (Now the progression is forced by code) Forest: -If Joe is killed and you exit and re-enter the game, the vegetables reappear. Enchanted Mansion: -Problems with collisions in the Secret Tree level. -The lost souls inside the house would appear even if you didn't have the crystal ball. Fortress: -Transition issues to 3D Mouse mode. Crystal Mine: -If you left the FlatLand level to the left it could generate errors. -The character could get stuck in the transitions of the room with many posters. -The ice of the crystal mine reappeared. And doing this infinite times could break the zrinquets of the UI. -The sound of the bombs of the bird heroes overlap. -New track for the glitch zone. Warehouse: -There was a diagonal transition where you could get stuck. -------------------------------------------------- Hello everyone! Here comes a big patch with a lot of fixes. General:

  • Text fixes.
  • Now the lost files output the correct language.
  • Leaving the casino shooting game screen when the money won has not yet been added up loses the money won.
  • Fixed in the audio of the coins.
  • If you skip the main cinematic, and then skip Max's dialogue very quickly, the game UI doesn't come out and you can't press any buttons.
Forest:
  • Vertical transition positions the camera wrong.
  • Fixed ground textures bug.
  • One of the running coin bags was having issues with its collision.
  • If you load the game having helped Joe with the vegetables and return there, it crashes the game.
Fortress:
  • The question mark is not removed from the puzzle room of darkness.
  • Mouse Holes: If you attack and enter the hole it stays flashing on the mouse switch animation.
Warehouse:
  • The latest news text is now available in English.
Trupper Laboratory:
  • Fixed computer XZ event for Japanese language.
  • The interior of the van had no collision with the wall.
  • Adjusted spawn points for when you fall down a hole.

Hey guys, thanks everyone for the bug reports these days. From now on I will try to report what things have been fixed in the patches :)

  • Door locked when killing the boss Acient Guardian.
  • Crash in the jar puzzle in the HauntedHouseEX level.
  • The character gets stuck in the pillars of the FortressEX level.
  • The game does not show the initial menu, it takes you directly to FortalezaEX.
