Kingdom Karnage Update A massive Kingdom Karnage update is launching right now! It's packed with improvements to PvP, Catacombs, and Midas. PvP Changes: 1) PvP AI Match: After 10 minutes in the queue, an AI match will be offered. 2) Adverts in PvP Queue: Watching adverts while in the PvP queue will reduce the waiting time for an AI opponent by 3 minutes per advert. 3) PvP Matching & Rewards: For 30 seconds you will be matched with players in your own league. If no player is found you will be matched with any queuing player. Full stats rebalancing for most levels and characters. Characters with abilities such as Armor 1 or Resistance 1 now go through more levels of their ability to Armor 3 or even Armor 4. A very small amount of characters had their damaged reduced at different levels to counter the ability improvements. All characters now have more HP across multiple levels culminating in a lot more HP at level 10. All this rebalancing ensures the tactics of the game remains true at higher levels rather than just being a slaughterfest. Beginner how to play characters tool tips extended from level 1 to levels 1-6. Added unequip option when clicking hero on equipment view. Pioneer's Ring now buffs Catacombs Hero Ability. Cornered ability now works for defending 3 columns. Can inspect characters on battlefield even when not your turn. Changed deck power display, no longer shows an average, shows true power. Ranked 1v1 All players in ranked now have characters capped at level 3, any characters above level 3 are reduced to level 3 stats. As the number of players increases we will increase the cap and create Divisions. PvP rewards have been adjusted, you now have set goals to reach. More than 1 person can receive the same reward. Daily reward is now 2 diamonds for each battle fought, for first 5 battles. Balanced 1v1 Daily entry now has no requirement - free entry every day. Added a link to the weekly score leaderboard. Campaign We were aware that campaigns were a bit too much of a grind for some all missions now require a maximum of 3 wins to get the reward. If you have not unlocked the undead campaign you always get human characters from the diamond card purchases. Dungeons The first time you complete each dungeon you are guaranteed a character card. If you locked the last dungeon group you made, opening a new dungeon group starts as locked. Likewise if the last dungeon group you made was not locked, opening a new dungeon group starts as unlocked. When creating a group for first six dungeons, if not full within 2mins an add AI option appears, allowing you to fill the group with some help. King of Karnage Abdicate throne now requires a confirmation. Maintenance Daily maintenance is at midnight GMT. 15 mins before logins are disabled, ranked 1v1 and balanced 1v1 is locked to reduce matches being ended mid play for maintenance. Sound Options Quick toggles now save muted volume.

King of Karnage Added a display to show if you have abdication available and if not when it will be. Added a display to show how many attempts you have left before your level is down graded. When a player defeats a king and chooses to move up the current king does not gain a point towards their defence score. They only receive a point when a player fails to beat them. The same rule applies to the challenge fee, the current king only receives fees for successful defences. Levels now have tiered fees. Level 1 costs 0.1 red gems to play. Level 2 costs 0.2 red gems to play. Level 3 costs 0.3 red gems to play. Level 4 costs 0.4 red gems to play. Level 5 costs 0.5 red gems to play. Level 6 costs 0.6 red gems to play. Level 7 costs 0.7 red gems to play. Level 8 costs 0.8 red gems to play. Level 9 costs 0.9 red gems to play. Level 10 costs 1 red gem to play. At the end of each month the awards are given to the top kingslayers and dynasty defenders. Scores are reset. All kings are dethroned and replaced by the starting AI You continue from your current King of Karnage level with your failed attempts reset to 0. The priority is to keep these items scarce to keep their rarity high and with it their prestige and value. To ensure this each player can only win 1 Dynasty and 1 Kingslayer award each month. You may accrue more over multiple months and sell your spares. You will receive your highest ranked prize in each category. Leaving other ranks you lead open to others. Ties will not be awarded to multiple players, to maintain that scarcity. An example of how this works is that when a player reaches 10 kills, the next player gets nothing for also reaching 10 kills, they need to surpass that leader and have 11 to take the poll position. King of Karnage There are 10 levels to King of Karnage, everyone now starts at level 1. Defeating the level 1 king provides you with 2 options. 1. Take the throne and receive the challenge fees until someone defeats your defending deck. 2. Leave the current King in place and move on to the next level. As you move up each level you can only fight at that new level. Losing 3 King of Karnage challenges in a row drops you back to down 1 level. If you lose your throne you continue at the same level. Lower King of Karnage levels now have rarity locks Common - unlocks at level 1 Uncommon - unlocks at level 1 Rare - unlocks at level 3 Epic - unlocks at level 4 Legendary - unlocks at level 5 If you start low King of Karnage levels with high quality cards above the correct levels, they will be missing in your deck during battle. Card Rarities
Kingdom Karnage has character rarities, common, uncommon, rare, epic and legendary.Epic and Legendary used to mean something in game, they used to be hard to come by and a symbol of excellence. However over the years countless games have given in to the masses and rewarded everyone with everything for doing nothing. That is not the case in Kingdom Karnage. The true meaning of Legendary will be restored.
Epic and Legendary characters are so rare there are not enough for you to combine to acquire higher levels. To level up these scarce characters Enchanted Coins can be found in Top Tier Dungeons.
