The soundtrack for SubDivide has been updated with two new tracks from the Multiplied update: Snow and Multiplied. Enjoy!
Multiplied is a new campaign for SubDivide, out right now as a free update for the game!
It features over 25 new levels with brand new mechanics, art, and music. Familiar mechanics make a return as well, with some interesting twists.
To play Multiplied, simply select the option on the main menu!
Based on feedback, there's also some general changes that affect the base game as well:
Gameplay
- Adjusted difficulty of some earlier levels
- Changed how peeking works - only one button and will show everything at once
- W and S are new alternate bindings for the hand. These can be rebinded to any key.
- Added an option to make the division move faster by default, and make the "speed up" key slow it down
- New magnetized platform effect
- Added a "Restart Level" button
- Added button to reset all bindings to default
- Reordered the resolution selection to put larger resolutions on top
The game's OST is now available for free, so go give it a listen! This includes mp3s as well has high quality FLACs. The soundtrack consists of nine tracks that were made to uniquely fit each area of the game. Soft cello and piano, harsh synths, and mysterious ambience are all used to create a large amount of variety. You can get the soundtrack here. I hope you enjoy!
SubDivide is now available for purchase! I'm happy to have finally released it into the wild after so much time, and I'm looking forward to see what you all think. I hope you all enjoy!
SubDivide will launch on July 17th for $4.99, with a 15% launch discount. Working on this game has been a fun and difficult journey, and I can't wait to see everyone play it. Thank you to everyone who has wishlisted and shown their interest, it all helps immensely. See you on the 17th, and I hope you enjoy!
SubDivide is a game about dividing the world.
You move a dividing line to cut away or reveal new platforms, completely transforming the level. Pure platforming skills won't help you as much as good planning and puzzle solving.
The demo will take you through the forest area, which is about 5-10 minutes of gameplay depending on your skill level.
This is a passion project made by just me and a friend over the course of a year, and we hope you enjoy what we've created. Have fun!

Divide the world
Make your way through over 50 levels by manipulating a line that divides the world. Reveal a platform to get across a gap. Cut through a platform to drop down past it. Make a ramp by cutting a platform midway, or even use a platform as an elevator to make it to the goal.Dive deeper into a mysterious world
Use your power to venture deeper and deeper underground, through forests, caves, and a mysterious laboratory. Something is compelling you, but what? Why are there holes in reality? What awaits you at your destination?Relax to no-pressure gameplay
Quick respawn times, forgiving platforming, and a calm ambience make sure that you won't get too frustrated. Levels focus on navigation and planning rather than quick reflexes and fast reaction time.- OS: Ubuntu 16.04 or Ubuntu 18.04
