Hello everyone.
We're back with a new update that adds 11 new levels, some balance changes, a new long range bow weapon, new healer enemy type, and bunch of bug fixes and some new features.
Eleven new levels!
We've added 11 new levels, levels 11 to 15 share the same style as the first 10 levels with a little bit more complexity with more doors and paths enemies can take, then levels 16-21 take place in the floating offices above the atmosphere of the planet, these have new map mechanics you can interact with.
New Map Mechanics
Some towers can be moved from one position to another by activating the linked device, the desktop player can click a botton to activate it while the VR player can shoot at it to activate it. This opens up new strategic challanges on those levels.
New enemy type: The Repair Bot
This Automata has a nanobot aura around it that will constantly heal nearby enemies making it difficult to kill the group so be sure to target them first, you will encounter it in the new levels!
New Weapon: The Plasma Bow
This long ranged high damage weapon comes equiped with a scope, it's a two handed weapon so you'll have to aim with one weapon while pulling with the other, damage will increase the more distance the arrow travels.
Single player tactical teleport
Now you can teleport your combat armor from the map view to any part of the map, just press the weapon change button while in the map view mode and point to a destination, it has a few seconds cast time so be careful when using it to escape from a group of enemies!
Balance Changes
- We made changes to the overal difficulty of the game in all difficulty ranges:
- Remade all the Hard and Insane waves for all levels.
- Increased the health of the VR player in Normal mode.
- Increased the amount of enemies that can escape before loosing a level in Normal mode.
- Increased the money gained after each wave for all levels in all modes.
- Increased the damage done by the swords.
- Adjusted the health of some enemies.
