Update #2 - Bug Go Bye Bye
If you had played the demo version before the Prologue and still had a save slot, it ended up causing issues with the leaderboard backend we are using, in which case it wouldn't let you play at all. Luckily, a player came onto our Discord today and pointed out this huge blocker and we were able to figure out the problem and rectify it. To test it, we simply asked him to delete an old save slot he had, which contained old demo data (at this time the save slots for all versions of the game are saved in the same folder) and viola, issue fixed.
So, that's what we are going to do. We are forcing a deletion of all your current save slots on launch and we made sure that on our end this won't happen again by segregating the save slots for each build version of the game (which in hindsight, we should have done a long time ago). It's not the most ideal thing to do, but it had to be done to make sure this particular issue wouldn't happen again. Once you update to the newest build you will no longer have your old saves available. New players that have never played the game before were not affected and this won't affect them either. And to clarify once more, the reason all save slots are being deleted is due to the new way we are saving the game.

Update #1 - Player Feedback Changes
Hi everyone, Thanks so much for those that have played the game, and an even bigger thanks to those that have reviewed the game so far. I will be responding to each and every review, so by all means please consider reviewing the game as it stands when you play it! Some changes have occurred due to player feedback that I've gathered from various places.
While a good majority of players (roughly 65%) were able to get the speedrun times, I wanted to make sure that even more would be able to. The boss fight is the only outlier there, I decided to decrease it based on the number of players that were able to speedrun the boss fight.
A lot of players were having trouble with this particular jump:
So I decided to make the jump slightly easier but also include the boost tutorial one more time to reinforce what you should be doing on "difficult jumps". I'd definitely like some feedback to know if people actually understand it.
But basically, the sooner you press "boost" after a jump, the farther you will go. If you wait too long, you'll jump shorter, and if you wait until past the apex, you'll definitely probably end up in the water.

Some changes have occurred due to player feedback that I've gathered from various places.
Speedrun Times

- Level 1: 4 -> 6 seconds (to take into account a slightly longer level now)
