The narrative of Serial Lover is presented in a visual novel format with many player choices for additional dialogue. As you progress through phases of the game, you can choose a killer to pursue, but are challenged with a rhythm game you must complete to seduce your killer!

I was going to write something sappy and sentimental, but there isn\'t much to say other than that I\'m thoroughly excited for you all to finally endure the surreal experience that is Serial Lover. Developing this game was an experience I\'ll never forget, and I hope you won\'t either.
Okay, fine, I\'ll be a bit sentimental. When I first started development on Serial Lover, I never would have thought that it would become the accumulation of sheer passion and commitment that is now. What started as something so small has grown into a beast that\'s outshined all of my expectationsand this isn\'t just because of what I\'ve put into it, but also because of what you\'ve put into me (that\'s what she said) by supporting Serial Lover over the years. I couldn\'t have asked for a more loyal and endearing community, and I\'m most proud to say that you\'ve been a part of this journey with me. Whether you discovered the game recently, or when it first appeared on Kickstarter, your support is what carried this game across the finish line.
It took an immense amount of time and effort to reach this point, but releasing Serial Lover is only the first step in Sugar Slip\'s history as a game development studio. The future is realized through progress, and the experience gained from this project will only lead to greater things to come. But for now, please enjoy this delectable concoction of degeneracy and unadulterated free will that I\'ve shamelessly crafted for you.
