Hey folks, A short update to let you know that you can play LOGIC ABUSE for free during the Steam SHMUPfest. On September 25th at midnight, a demo will unlock. Just visit the LOGIC ABUSE steam page, and you will see a button to download the demo. It has been a long journey and a ton of work before I felt comfortable releasing content to the general public. Not really sure how/if these announcements notify those who have wishlisted the game, but I wanted to provide a quick update on development. At the beginning of 2021 I had to halt development on the game for close to a year now due to becoming extremely busy with my education, finding a new job, and moving across the country. This update is just to inform wishlisters that I will be resuming development on the game :-). The last major development in the game was the implementation of multiplayer which I am considering removing. I think this game is better suited to single player, and I may make multiplayer as a later patch or as a second game entirely. When I restart development, I'll be reverting many of the multiplayer changes I made to get back to the single-player dungeon crawler feel. I would anticipate that another year-long push of development should put me close to a game that I can confidently call a 'beta' release and start issuing out demos on our discord. For those who have wishlisted and have been wondering what the heck is going on, I apologize. Thank you for your continued support... I would love to hear your feedback and ideas on the game so far. Hopefully everyone is doing well amongst the pandemic. I will update the content on the steam page soon, as the current pictures and videos are wildly outdated.
