Hi, children. I am your father. The End of Scram I admit I did not try my best to keep Scram up to date. Scram turned out to be a game that I did not want to work on. So, I intentionally used it as a testing grounds and dragged it down a hole just to see what would happen. It was my problem for not making the game better. It would've been much bigger and better with harder work. Such as making the content and community nicer, more updates and marketing, and overall making a better game design. Ultimately, it did give me a good learning experience in game development. This is finally the end of Scram but maybe it will get taken over by the modding community or something like that. Pray to the Scram Jesus every night and maybe he will guide you. Bad Community I was the root of Scram's bad community. I created content that would attract certain people and even after that, I could've easily filtered them out but I didn't. I'd like to say that was my mistake. I did not respond to serious issues, was rude and aggressive towards customers, wasted time in immature debates instead of focusing on serious issues, and when someone said something stupid, I would stoop down to their level and throw it right back. I caused negative situations and then responded or handled them wrongfully. However, I'd like to state that a handful of actions that were claimed against me were not committed by me. There were a handful of people who attempted to frame me with false accusations, some of which were due to inner conflict from team members and moderators that I hired to help me with Scram, it's a long story. These accusations were purely word of mouth and were supported by falsified evidence or lacking any physical evidence at all whatsoever. Overall, I blame myself for indirectly leading situations like that to happen by hiring such poor quality people. On top of that, Dad was never removed from Scram. We set up a story to remove the false accusations and reputational damage towards me. In conclusion, this was completely my responsibility, not anyone else in the community. I will make no excuses for them. Even though Scram is over, I will try not to do anything like this in my life again. Surprise Update Currently, I have a few things left on my bucket list, so I am trying to add all of that before ending Scram. Free Gift Steam would not allow me to make Scrammunism temporarily free, so I am currently trying to come up with a new prize to give out for free. Extra Come visit Discord for extras. Summary Scram was my first game on Steam and it did not do too bad. It was a good learning experience on what to do and especially what not to do. I simply do not enjoy nor can I support myself working on Scram so I am moving on in life. I thank you all for playing the game and apologies for not meeting your expectations. I plan on doing better next time in my life and forward.
