Endless Mode is here!
You can now unlock "endless mode" in Paralyzed. Endless mode is a randomized infinite level which gets harder and harder the further you go. Every run of endless mode will be different. There are over 200 different obstacles that will be arranged in random order and come with random color combinations so you'll never be able to memorize them. It's all skill baby!
Compete for the top score!
Endless mode comes with a global leaderboard that everyone who plays at least one game of endless mode will participate in. Can you beat me(TheSeahorse), the developer who's played this game more than anyone else?
Patch notes for update 1.2
-
Endless mode
- Endless mode added.
- Leaderboard with the top 12 players plus yourself added for endless mode.
- Endless mode unlocks after beating Car-1.
- Pausing is disabled in endless mode to prevent "cheating" by preparing for what's up ahead.
- You have to get a score of more than 0 points to see yourself on the leaderboard. QOL & bug fixes
- Fire-1 is now easier, removed lasers on top of fire and made the ending less hectic.
- Fixed a bug where the player and enemy cube sometimes wouldn't jump when the player hit jump right at the beginning of going on top of the cube.
- Fixed a bug where some cubes late in a level sometimes would start to "drift".

Endless mode will be coming as a free update to Paralyzed some time in February,. Global leader-boards will also be available (hopefully I can integrate it with Steam leaderboards) so that you can compete with your friends for the top spot! Endless mode will require you to beat "Car-1" so that you're familiar with all the basic obstacles before letting you jump into the mayhem that is endless mode. Here is a teaser video, be aware that this is only early testing and that the finished product might look different: [previewyoutube=_UEA7z9Uxa8;full][/previewyoutube] Hope you're enjoying my game so far, thanks to everyone who purchased it! I'll be posting a video about the publishing process on my youtube channel later this spring if you're interested in what it takes to publish a Steam game. Peace! /Alexander

- Tutorial: Changed wording.
- Cube-4: Repositioned some enemies so that cubes don't jump off screen.
- Fire-4: Changed the layout of one obstacle where the fire wouldn't kill the cube, making it impossible to pass.
- Finale: Fixed a camera bug at the last jump.

🕹️ Partial Controller Support
- Paralyzed Linux [126.01 M]
- Paralyzed Liinux Beta [126.01 M]
Tons of levels and obsatcles
Paralyzed has over twenty unique levels with many different obstacles and enemies. As you progress the levels will get increasingly harder and longer making completing each one very satisfying.
Practice Mode
If a level is too hard for you to complete in one go you can always try it in Practice Mode. Put down checkpoints as you play through the level so that you wont have to go all the way back when you die. And if you only want to practice a specific part of a level you can always use self destruct and go back to the last checkpoint. Unfortunately completing a level in practice mode wont give you the same credit as completing it normally but hopefully it will make you better prepared to tackle the real level.
Stats, Settings and more!
If you like stats we've got you covered! See which enemy or color is deadliest, track how many times you die, "jump", switch color and more. Change the keybindings to whatever you want, you can even rebind it to play with a controller if that's your style. If there is a feature you feel is missing don't be afraid to message me on twitter @alexanderlahti and I'll do my best to make it happen!
